Press the form against the filler and attach it with screws. Place the new block of wood over the area you need to repair and trace the outline on the surface of the door.

Following the outline you created carefully chisel out the bad wood that you need to replace. The door should now slide out from the hinges. Then pull it off after the filler hardens. Open the front door and lay some wood blocks under the bottom edge in order to help support the door.
